Simple and brilliant advice to "move backwards" by just having a plan--or even one outing--for the day and following through with it. Meaningful, small moments can spring from a chance conversation with someone, or an idea that comes to mind because you're out walking or moving around somewhere, away from the same four walls you live in.

Also, I think " finding your passion" is overrated and can even be a discouraging goal--too perfectionistic (if that's a word). Simple happiness, daily joys are enough to see us through.
